The Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP) offers a free, accessible streaming library of educational videos with captions, audio description, and ASL; tools for creating lessons, quizzes, and student accounts; professional development courses; eLearning modules; and comprehensive guidelines for media accessibility—all designed to support students with disabilities, their families, and educators.
