Orthopedic Impairment (OI)

Orthopedic Impairment means a student has a physical condition that affects movement or use of their body. This may impact how the student walks, writes, sits, or takes part in school activities. Students with an orthopedic impairment may need special education services, physical supports, or accommodations to help them access learning and participate fully in school.
